The choir works hard to achieve the highest musical standards but maintains a relaxed atmosphere, allowing members to enjoy both the musical and social benefits of choral singing.
The choir consists of 24 singers and 2 organists. Its history stems from the late nineteenth century when the choir was directed by the composer Charles Wood.
To apply for a Choral Scholarship you enter the Cambridge University Choral Awards competition held in March following the admissions process in December/January.
